• Growth in Pride & Self-sufficiency
• A growing distance between yourself and God
• Growing hard in your attitude toward others
• Growing deaf to instruction found in the Bible
• A growing inability to speak the gospel with conviction
• Growing disobedience to God with less and less concern over it
